Looking for somewhere good to recruit coders/scripters for small jobs

I had a bad experience with oDesk so I will not consider them. Basically I have some small scripts that need to be written and I am curious where people will recommend? I imagine each one to be about 20-40 lines of code and I could easily do them myself but I'm trying to stay in more of a higher level architect role on this project. Thanks in advance for all help, suggestions, and ideas.

Have you tried Fiverr and SEOclerks? Also, discussion forums dedicated to programming might be good places to look.
