Did you know that XenForo have an addon which allows the forum owner to share AdSense revenue with their members? It works by the user entering their AdSense code into their UserCP. Their ads then show XX% of the time ("XX" being defined by the admin), while the rest of the time the default forum ads are shown. It's a great way to encourage people to post quality new topics. This addon, as far as I know, is only available on XenForo.

That's very interesting. Now what's the name of the addon? And what does it cost to use it?

One of the forums I belong to has this. It definitely makes users more actively participate in the forum, as they become 'stake-holders' in the forums success. I googled and found a topic on it, although it appears to not be a polished plugin but rather just some user posted template code that reads the Adsense ids from a custom field? Correct me if I'm wrong? And if so, could you post a link to the plugin?
