I have just re-discovered a whole group of friends whom I have not been in contact with for years. No prize for guessing where I found them. All of a sudden, Facebook has become one of my favorite sites.

I never seem to like those facebook and twitter sites but it seems that they are the most sought after when it comes to the Social Networking. I was once a big advocate of Digg and Reddit and would spend hours on those two. I find it difficult to spend even 15 minutes on the newer trends and facebook and twitter.

It is not just you dear. I too found some of my distant relatives up there at Facebook but still.... I find it difficult spending time on that website.

Facebook And twitter are my best social network sites. Both have quality feature and popularity. I spend 5 hours at Facebook and hours at twitter in a day.

I would say I'm divided between Facebook or myspace and Tweets. I actually don't really like either one, but if I have to use them (which I do), then I determine those are the best to keep with.

Well, not really that difficult to spend time on Facebook. I would say the difficult part is not to spend too much time on Facebook. It's definitely addictive.

Lately I have been putting Facebook on a pinned tab in my Firefox with a badge addon so that I can see immediately if there's anything new on my Facebook page. It's getting so bad that I am looking at Facebook every few minutes. Still I think it's time well-spent because it's a good way to build up a like-minded group of friends. Then through this group of friends I can promote my sites.

Since Facebook does have the highest member base, there are chances that people we know may be on Facebook, and may not be present on any other social networks. But as a marketer, I do not think that Facebook work well for me.
